Andy is recognized for his outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment in his role as Director of Public Works and Utilities. For the past 15 years, his hard work, knowledge, and expertise have helped ensure the reliable operation and continued improvement of our streets, parks, water utility, and wastewater utility—essential services our residents depend on every day.

Beyond his professional expertise, Andy consistently demonstrates what it means to be a true public servant. He is always willing to put others before himself, stepping up wherever and whenever he is needed to support his team, our residents, and the Village as a whole. His leadership, dependability, and selfless commitment to serving others have made a lasting and positive impact on our community.
