🍂 Thank You, Wrightstown, for Another Great Fall Fest!
🚗 Thank you to ALL who attended, participated, volunteered, sponsored, or helped make Wrightstown’s Fall Fest & Car Show happen this past Saturday! The weather was beautiful, and once again, attendance exceeded our expectations.
One of the Village’s priorities is to enrich the lives of our residents and strengthen our community by offering family-friendly events like Fall Fest. It was an all-around great day for Wrightstown, from the Color Blaze Run to Fall Fest and the Car Show. The Village was buzzing — pun intended! 🐝
🚗 Car Show: Car enthusiasts enjoyed showcasing and checking out more than 100 classic rides, along with the unique trophies crafted by Wrightstown High School Tech Education students. We love being able to showcase the talent of our local students!
🎪 Street Market: More than 30 vendors lined the streets, sharing their talents, products, and specialties. A special thank you to the local organizations and businesses who worked hard to serve up delicious food, treats, and beverages!
🎶 Music & Entertainment: Thank you to Him & Her Duo and DJ Wayne for sharing your talents with us. Your energy helped make the day even more enjoyable!
🎈 Kids’ Activities: Smiles were everywhere as kids enjoyed games, activities, face painting, and plenty of fun throughout the day. Thank you to our sponsors and volunteers for helping make the kids’ activities extra special! We’re also grateful to the families and friends who brought their adorable critters for everyone to enjoy. Definitely a favorite!
🎃 And who could forget that GIANT pumpkin?! A huge thank you to Glen & Margaret Martin for sharing their locally grown pumpkin with us. It weighed in at an incredible 2,075 pounds!
Congratulations to Allie, who came closest to guessing its weight!
🏃♀️ Color Blaze: The Color Blaze was a successful and blazin’ good time! Thank you to everyone who participated and helped kick off the day with so much energy.
🚌 Shuttles & Parking: A special thank you to the Wrightstown Area Business Alliance (WABCA), Ben Everson and a great team of volunteers for providing parking and shuttle services. You certainly put on some miles!
❤️ Giving Back: Thanks to street market and car show registrations, along with generous donations, we are proud to donate approximately $1,300 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible!
🙌 Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to our Fall Fest Events Committee — Andy Vickman, Erica Buechel, Carri & Andy Horkman, and Laura Ade — along with our Public Works crew, Village staff, volunteers, community members, businesses, and organizations, Public Safety, neighbors & friends. So many people gave their time, energy, talents, and countless hours of hard work to help make Fall Fest happen. From the planning and preparation to setting up, helping throughout the day, and cleaning up afterward, we truly appreciate everyone who gave their time and effort to make this event possible. We couldn’t have done it without you!
