This closure is necessary to lower the CTH U road profile in preparation for bridge construction, anticipated to begin later this fall or winter. ⚠️ Detours will be in place – please plan ahead and allow extra time for travel. Seasonal Weight Restrictions in Effect – March 4, 2025 To protect village roads during the spring thaw, seasonal weight restrictions will be in effect starting March 4, 2025. These restrictions will remain in place throughout March, depending on weather conditions. Notices will be posted once the restrictions are lifted.
